Role: Sales & Marketing Intern? Location: Miraj / Sangli (field + hybrid)?️ Project Exposure: Township & Commercial Real EstateWhat you’ll work on:Lead generation through digital campaigns, on-ground activations, and broker networksCustomer pipeline development & management (lead → site visit → negotiation → closure)Assisting in customer onboarding, follow-ups, and relationship managementSupporting branding & positioning strategies for residential and commercial projectsResearch on commercial real estate feasibility (pricing, demand, competitor analysis)Conducting market research and consumer insightsCrafting investor decks, sales presentations,
