Job Summary:

nShriram Enterprises is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and manage all civil projects at Bhilai Steel Plant. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and supervising civil works, including reviewing project tenders, ensuring timely execution, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.n

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and evaluate civil project tenders, including technical specifications, cost estimates, and contractual terms.
n
- Oversee the execution of civil projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
n
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
n
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, site inspections, and technical records.
n
- Monitor material usage, manpower deployment, and project budgets.
n
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
n
- Liaise with Bhilai Steel Plant officials to align project objectives and resolve operational issues.
n




- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
n

nRequired Qualifications & Experience:n

n
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized university.
n
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil construction project management, preferably in industrial or steel plant environments.
n
- Solid knowledge of civil engineering standards, project management, and construction safety practices.
n
- Experience in reviewing tenders, preparing estimates, and coordinating with contractors.
n
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
n
