Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai for an Executive Assistant - Human Resources.

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support, coordinate HR processes, and manage tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing expense reports,



and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.

Additionally, the role involves maintaining effective communication across teams, assisting in HR-related activities, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and people management Proficiency in Human Resources functions, including onboarding and employee engagement Excellent Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Knowledge of HR software and tools is a plus
