Overview

nWe are seeking a highly experiencednEnterprise Data Architectnto lead the assessment, optimization, and transformation of enterprise-wide data architecture. This role requires a self-driven individual who can independently analyze complex data ecosystems, collaborate with diverse teams, and define a strategic roadmap to streamline and modernize data platforms.n

The ideal candidate will bring a holistic view of data across systems, identify inefficiencies, and drive initiatives that improve scalability, performance, governance, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing data stores, data flows, and data platforms across the enterprise
n
- Define and implement antarget-state enterprise data architecturenaligned with business and technology goals
n
- Identify redundancies, inefficiencies, and gaps in current data management practices and recommend improvements
n
- Design strategies forndata consolidation, optimization, and lifecycle management
n
- Establish and enforcendata governance, data quality, and metadata management frameworks
n
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, DevOps, Business, Analytics) to understand current systems and drive alignment
n
- Define best practices forndata modeling, storage, access, and integration patterns
n
- Drive adoption of contemporary data platforms and architectures (cloud, data lakes, data warehouses, real-time streaming)
n
- Provide architectural guidance for new initiatives involving data integration, migration, and transformation
n




- Lead technical discussions and influence stakeholders to adopt recommended solutions
n

nRequired Skills & Experiencen

n
- 10+ years of experience inndata architecture, data engineering, or enterprise architecture
n
- Strong experience working with multiple data platforms such as:
n
- Relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
n
- NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis)
n
- Data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
n
- Data lakes / lakehouse architectures
n
- Hands-on experience withndata integration and streaming technologiesn(Kafka, ETL/ELT tools)
n
- Experience inncloud environmentsn(AWS preferred; Azure/GCP acceptable)
n
- Strong understanding ofndata modeling (OLTP/OLAP), schema design, and data lifecycle management
n
- Experience withndata governance frameworks, data quality tools, and metadata management
n
- Ability to analyze complex systems and propose scalable, practical solutions
n
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams

- Experience in telecom, OSS/BSS, or large-scale enterprise environments
n
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and API-driven systems
n
- Exposure to monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace)
n
- Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
n
- Knowledge of AI/ML data pipelines and advanced analytics platforms
