With deep expertise in land development, project execution, and customer delivery , Pranav Buildcon is focused on building sustainable, future-ready urban ecosystems in emerging cities across Maharashtra.
Role Description This is a high-impact Sales & Marketing Internship with on-ground + hybrid exposure , based in Sangli, Maharashtra.
You will work directly with the core team on live projects , gaining exposure not just to sales, but also strategy, feasibility, branding, and customer lifecycle management.
Role: Sales & Marketing Intern
Location: Miraj / Sangli (field + hybrid)
️ Project Exposure: Township & Commercial Real Estate
What you’ll work on: Lead generation through digital campaigns, on-ground activations, and broker networks
Customer pipeline development & management (lead → site visit → negotiation → closure)
Assisting in customer onboarding, follow-ups, and relationship management
Supporting branding & positioning strategies for residential and commercial projects
Research on commercial real estate feasibility (pricing, demand, competitor analysis)
Conducting market research and consumer insights
Crafting investor decks, sales presentations,
and pitch materials
Working on marketing campaigns (social media, events, site promotions)
Coordinating with channel partners, brokers, and internal teams
Supporting on-ground sales events, site visits, and activations
Qualifications Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Interest in sales, marketing, real estate, or business development
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
Problem-solving mindset with willingness to take ownership
Basic understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels, or customer journeys is a plus
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation tools
Preferred Background: BE Civil / BBA / BMS / MBA (Marketing / Sales)
Any graduate with strong interest in sales & business
