A Junior Civil Site Engineer assists senior engineers with planning designing and supervising construction projects ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards Key responsibilities include conducting site inspections collecting data preparing drawings and reports overseeing work progress and coordinating with various project stakeholders The role requires strong technical communication and problem-solving skills along with knowledge of CAD software and a Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Key Responsibilities Project Assistance Support senior engineers in the planning design and execution of infrastructure projects such as buildings roads and bridges Site Supervision Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data monitor construction progress and ensure work adheres to project plans and safety standards Documentation Assist in creating detailed drawings specifications cost estimates material reports and project documentation using CAD software Quality Safety Monitor the quality of work enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes regulations and engineering standards Collaboration Work with architects contractors consultants and other project professionals to achieve project goals Problem Solving Identify technical problems and issues on-site and work with senior engineers to find appropriate solutions Communication Participate in project meetings communicate progress and technical information and maintain open communication with the project team Required Skills Qualifications A Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Proficiency in CAD software for designing and drafting Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of construction procedures equipment and relevant safety standards Job Type Full time Pay 9 225 04 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
