Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain management, or a related field.
n
- Working knowledge of procurement concepts, principles and practices and will understand the role of procurement and supply chain management having demonstrable experience in a similar role.
n
- Working experience with global client / Global offices / Global Vendors
n
- Negotiating, influencing and communication skills with valuable attention to detail and able effectively communicate with key stakeholders including client, operations / project / construction teams and external suppliers
n
- Computer literate Ability to effectively operate business and procurement systems.
n
- Knowledge of a Mechanical background but not essential.
n
- Proficiency in MS Excel, project management tools and software.
n
- Buying experience for large capex projects / Industrial Project for Pharma, FMCG, Food is preferable.

nJob Description / Key ResponsibilitiesnThis position is responsible for effectively and professionally conducting procurement transactions associated with materials and equipment.n

The successful applicant will develop and maintain appropriate communications and relationships with internal and external stakeholders,



providing guidance to project teams in the development of scopes of work and the creation of requisitions and supporting their understanding of the overall Procurement lifecycle, process and tools.

They will be a key driver in ensuring that Supply Chain activities align with project schedules and budgets and coordinating with the Project or functional teams have the following key responsibilities:

- Working across teams and functions they will lead the preparation of bidder lists and qualifications, prepare requests for quotation, conduct bid evaluations and support (or lead) the negotiation of Purchase Orders and Agreements
n
- They will be administer Purchase Orders /Procurement Agreements and change orders , evaluating any issues encountered throughout the process and applying appropriate remedies to resolve
n
- Review supplier payment schedules and invoices in accordance with terms and conditions agreed within the purchase order and ensure compliance with Jacobs prompt payment commitments
n
- Tracking progress of all supply chain/procurement activities including expediting delivery of goods and services
