Key Responsibilities

n

Draft, review, redline, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including:

n

Master Service Agreements (MSAs)

n

Statements of Work (SOWs)

n

Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

n

Software License Agreements

n

SaaS Agreements and Vendor Contracts

n

Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and internal policies.

n

Provide legal support for business transactions, client engagements, and cross-functional operations.

n

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Delivery, Compliance) to manage contractual risks and close deals efficiently.

n

Assist in contract lifecycle management and maintaining the legal contract repository.

n

Support due diligence, legal research, and regulatory compliance initiatives relevant to the IT/Tech sector.

n

Key Requirements

n

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent)



from a recognized institution.

n

Minimum of 1 year to 3 year post-qualification experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, preferably supporting IT/Technology clients.

n

Solid understanding of commercial laws, data privacy regulations, and IP-related issues in contracts.

n

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

n

Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously with attention to detail.

n

Preferred Skills

n

Exposure to international contracting (India/US/UAE jurisdictions).

n

Familiarity with tools like Zoho Contracts or other CLM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

n

Proactive, solution-oriented, and team player.
