- Infra development & Linux/networking experience
- Version control with Git
- Python & batch scripting familiarity
- Understanding of site reliability principles
- 3+ years data analysis & data modeling
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- 3+ years troubleshooting & issue resolution
- Support methodologies & case lifecycle knowledge
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills
- Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer certification
- Experience with LookML development
- Experience optimizing BI query performance
