The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with or being a part of corporate transactions. The candidate must also have skilled level English Language proficiency. We are looking for a team member who is eager to take charge and lead transactions.

Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (SSAs/SHAs/Investment Agreements etc)
Advising clients on issues related to commercial transactions
Maintain client relationships
Prepare legal reports and documents
Qualificationsn
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Robust legal knowledge
