The Role:

- Lead and build a team of high-performing Sales Executives.
- Drive outbound lead generation and cold calling campaigns.
- Pitch cutting-edge MarTech & SaaS solutions to overseas prospects.
- Master the US/UK/AU shifts and earn industry-leading incentives.

What You Bring:

- 5+ year of Lead Generation experience (Required).
- Exceptional English communication & persuasion skills.
- A "night owl" mindset ready for International Shifts.
- Goal-oriented attitude with a hunger for high incentives.
