The role involves working on commercial transactions including private equity/venture capital and mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with or being a part of corporate transactions. The candidate must also have professional level English Language proficiency. We are looking for a team member who is eager to take charge and lead transactions.

Responsibilities

Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (SSAs/SHAs/Investment Agreements etc)

Advising clients on issues related to commercial transactions

Maintain client relationships

Prepare legal reports and documents

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Robust legal knowledge
