nThis full-time Assistant Manager R&D; Equipment position is an on-site role located in Umargam. The role involves supporting the Research and Development (R&D;) efforts by leading and managing technical projects, overseeing testing and experimentation on equipment, and identifying opportunities for innovation.n
The Assistant
nManager will also supervise team operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams,
and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of existing and new systems to meet business and operational objectives.n

- Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D;) and Research practices, with the ability to design and execute experiments to drive innovation.

- Strong Team Management and Leadership skills to supervise and motivate R&D; teams effectively.

- Experience in Project Management and the ability to plan, execute, and oversee technical projects.

- Excellent Team Leadership and team-oriented skills to foster cross-functional coordination.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.

- Educational background in engineering, technology, or a relevant technical field is preferred.

- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial equipment sector will be considered an asset.

- Familiarity with tinting solutions and automation technologies is advantageous.
