Job Description:

We are seeking a Human Resource Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have

excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as experience in recruitment, employee onboarding and employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes,and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in conducting employee onboarding activities
- Assist in employee onboarding activities
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
- Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
- Prior recruitment experience required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
