Creative Director, Part Time

Format - Remote

Type - Part Time, Contract based

Remuneration - Rs 65,000- 1,20,000 per month

Duration - 2 months

We are looking for a mid level leader – in Creative Direction to help shape the overall expression of a recent consumer product/ app. This role is for someone with strong taste, judgment, and ownership. You should be able to translate a creative vision across visual design, motion, and app sound/experience. While working in association with specialist freelancers who may support execution. The expectation will be to lead the thinking, set the bar, guide the output, and ensure quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Shape the creative direction for visuals, motion/video, and sound/audio elements used in the app experience.

· Curate and guide library of artworks, images, and visual assets with strong consistency

- Lead the overall creative direction across brand, product, and user-facing experiences.
- Define and maintain a strong visual and sensory identity across screens, campaigns, content, and product touchpoints.
- Review creative work closely and drive refinement until the final output meets a high standard.
- Ensure consistency in taste, tone, quality, and emotional appeal across all creative outputs.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate product ideas into polished,



consumer-friendly creative experiences.
- Build systems and processes so that external creative teams can execute efficiently without compromising quality.

Capabilities

- Mid-senior level professional with strong experience in creative direction, visual design, branding, art direction, or related fields.
- Excellent aesthetic judgment and a refined sense of what feels natural, contemporary, and engaging.
- Ability to lead multi-format creative work, even when parts of execution are outsourced.
- Strong capability in curation, feedback, and improving the work of others.
- Ability to think beyond static design and contribute to the overall feel of the product, including motion and sound direction.
- Strong ownership, clarity in communication, and a detail-oriented working style.
- Someone dependable, mature, and capable of driving quality independently.
