Role Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end plant accounting, cost management, and financial control activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This role drives cost efficiency, supports pricing decisions, and provides insights for operational improvement in a MedTech manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day plant finance operations including accounting, inventory valuation, and month-end closings in SAP.
- Prepare and analyze standard costing, variance reports, and gross margin analysis.
- Monitor and analyses inventory variances, yield, and cost absorption.
- Track production costs and stock movements through SAP modules.
- Prepare cost records and get the cost audit done within timeline.
- Verify BOM/BOQ and recipe for cost estimate in SAP.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing for Costing and inventory valuation
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors on costing and inventory audits
- Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and engineering teams for cost optimization.
- Support management with MIS reporting, budget tracking,



and cost-benefit analysis.
- Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, and cost accounting standards.
- Lead Quarterly Physical Verification of Inventory and ensure compliance of internal guidelines
- Co-ordinate with internal and statutory audit for plant related matters.
- Lead fixed asset verification and help in capitalization.
- Capex ROI calculation as and when required

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and cost control mechanisms.
- Mandatory proficiency in SAP (FI/CO/PP/MM modules)
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail, analytical ability, and eagerness to learn.

Qualification: CMA (Cost and Management Accountant)

System Requirement: SAP (FI/CO/PP/MM) knowledge is mandatory
