Stay Leisurely is a fast-growing vacation rental company managing premium villas, resorts, and holiday homes across Maharashtra and Goa. We focus on delivering high-quality guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence across all properties.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Executive who will take ownership of on-ground property operations, ensure service consistency, and elevate guest experience across our portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, field-intensive hospitality environment and enjoys solving real-time operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities -

1. Property Operations Management

- Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned properties
- Ensure readiness of villas/resorts before guest check-ins
- Monitor housekeeping, maintenance, and inventory standards
- Coordinate with local vendors and property managers

2. Staff Training & Quality Control

- Train on-site staff (caretakers, housekeeping, cooks) on SOPs
- Implement service standards and grooming protocols
- Conduct periodic refresher training sessions
- Ensure consistency across all properties

3. Surprise Audits & Inspections

- Conduct surprise visits to properties
- Audit cleanliness, service quality, and maintenance standards
- Identify gaps and ensure immediate corrective actions
- Maintain audit reports and performance scorecards

Guest Experience Management

- Handle escalations and resolve guest issues proactively
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out experiences
- Maintain high guest satisfaction and reviews

5. Vendor & Maintenance Coordination

- Manage vendor relationships (cleaning, repairs, utilities)
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues
- Optimize cost without compromising quality

6. Process Implementation & Improvement

- Execute SOPs across all properties
- Suggest improvements based on on-ground insights
- Support scaling of operations for new properties

Key Requirements

- 2–5 years experience in hospitality operations / hotel management / vacation rentals
- Strong on-ground operational experience (not just desk-based)
- Willingness to travel frequently across locations
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking ability
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Attention to detail and quality control mindset

Preferred Background

- Experience in hotels, resorts, Airbnb/vacation rentals, or hospitality startups
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred but not mandatory)
