· Achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.

· Plan and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.

· Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.

· Monitor enquiry management, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.

· Coordinate with OEM for targets, campaigns, and compliance.

· Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and take corrective actions.

· Build strong relationships with key customers, financiers, and corporate clients.

· Ensure adherence to dealership processes and documentation standards.

· Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and local events.

· Ensure timely billing, delivery, and collection of payments.

· Maintain showroom standards and staff discipline.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
