Key Responsibilities

nLead quality inspection of incoming fruits and vegetables based on:n

Freshness

nSize, grading, and colorn

Physical defects and damage

nDevelop and implement quality control processes and SOPsn

Monitor storage conditions

Temperature

n

Humidity

n

Handling practices

nConduct regular quality audits at warehouses and supplier locationsn

Train and supervise quality executives and field teams

n

Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company guidelines

n

Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to reduce rejection rates

n

Maintain quality reports, documentation, and analysis

n

Required Skills

nStrong knowledge of fruits & vegetables grading standardsn

Understanding of post-harvest handling and cold chain management

Leadership and team management skills

n

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Basic data reporting and documentation skills
