We are looking for a data-driven WhatsApp Marketing expert to take full ownership of our communication strategy. You aren't just sending messages; you are building a high-conversion ecosystem. You will be responsible for the "Who," the "What," and the "How"—from technical

Key Responsibilities

- Full Account Management:

n

Managing up-to-date journal website outreach or corporate communication through official WhatsApp Business APIs and automation tools.

n

- OJS-Style Workflow:

n

Setting up structured communication flows, ensuring every lead is tracked and managed through a rigorous peer review system of qualifying questions.

n

- Launching Journals to Indexing (Outreach):

n

Using WhatsApp to drive visibility for research or products,



ensuring our messaging helps in launching journals to indexing by reaching the right decision-makers.

n

- Automation & Tool Mastery:

n

Implementing

n

OJS setup principles for automated replies, sequence building, and using third-party tools to keep costs low while maintaining high deliverability.

n

- Data & Analytics:

n

Analyzing open rates, click-through rates, and conversion data to optimize campaigns weekly.

Requirements

n

n

- 3–4+ years of proven experience in high-volume WhatsApp Marketing.

n

- Expertise in WhatsApp Business API, Wati, Interakt, or similar automation tools.

n

- Deep understanding of data handling and CRM integration.

n

- Exceptional English writing and storytelling skills to cut through the noise.

n

- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
