We are looking for a Training Head with extensive experience in the BPO industry, particularly in telesales and online sales.

n

This role is pivotal in ensuring that our sales teams are well-trained, highly motivated, and consistently delivering top-notch performance. The trainer must be flexible to travel across multiple locations as and when requried.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the training function for our BPO telesales and online sales units.n
n
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that address the needs of new hires and existing employees.n
n
- Design and deliver training modules on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and compliance.n
n
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.n
n
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.n
n
- Monitor and analyze training outcomes to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.n
n




- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.n
n
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.n

n

nQualifications:n

n
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in the BPO industry, specifically in telesales and online sales.n
n
- At leastn3-4 years of experience managing or heading a training function.n
n
- Solid understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.n
n
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.n
n
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective training programs.n
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.n
n
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.n
n
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or training certification is a plus.n

nPreferred Skills:n

n
- Experience with e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).n
n
- Familiarity with CRM systems and telesales/online sales tools.n
n
- Proficiency in training needs analysis and instructional design.n
n
