Department: Quality Assurance Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced skilled with strong knowledge in IATF 16949 and ISO standards to handle internal and external audits, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in quality systems.

n

Key Responsibilities: Conduct and manage internal audits as per IATF 16949 / ISO standards

n

Coordinate and support external audits (certification & customer audits)

n

Ensure compliance with all quality management system (QMS) requirements

n





Identify non-conformities and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)

n

Maintain audit documentation, reports, and records Lead process improvements based on audit findings

n

Train employees on quality standards and audit requirements

n

Liaise with certification bodies and customers regarding audit activities Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Quality / Relevant field

n

Certification in IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor preferred Experience: Minimum 3–8 years of experience in IATF / ISO audits

n

Experience in manufacturing / automotive industry preferred Skills Required: Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 standards

n

Good understanding of QMS, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis

n

Excellent documentation and reporting skills

n

Strong communication and coordination skills

n

Problem-solving and analytical thinking Preferred Skills: Experience in handling customer audits Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) Familiarity with audit tools and quality software Salary: As per industry standards Joining: Immediate
