The Role

nAs an AI/ML Engineer at Kapture CX, you will work on building intelligent systems and machine learning models that enhance customer experience platforms. You will apply strong programming skills and collaborate with teams to develop scalable AI-driven solutions.n

Key Responsibilities

nDevelop and implement machine learning models and algorithmsn

Work with Python, C++, or Java for model development and deployment

Process and analyze large datasets for insights and model training

Optimize model performance and scalability

Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into applications

Debug, test, and improve system performance
