nPosition Overview A leading multi-specialty hospital and academic healthcare institution is seeking a high-caliber Chartered Accountant (5+ years of post-qualification experience) to lead Finance & Accounts as a strategic partner to senior management.n

This is a leadership-level prospect for a finance professional who can drive governance, financial discipline, compliance excellence, and long-term institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complete Finance & Accounts operations.
n
- Drive financial strategy, cost control, and profitability optimization.
n
- Ensure full statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax).
n
- Oversee internal controls, audits, and regulatory readiness.
n
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
n
- Develop strong MIS reports and financial dashboards for management.
n
- Manage multi-unit accounting (Hospital / College preferred).
n




- Handle and mentor Accounts & Finance team.
n

nEligibility Criteriann
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory).
n
- 5 10 years of post-qualification experience.
n
- Experience in Hospital / Medical College / Educational Institution accounts preferred.
n
- Strong exposure to taxation, statutory audits, and ERP systems.
n
- Proven leadership and team management capability.
