nScope of the Role:nYour primary focus will be on designing agentic workflows and multi-agent collaborations that enable LLMs to reason, use tools, and execute complex tasks autonomously.n

Key Responsibilities: - Agentic Workflows: Architect and build autonomous agents capable of multi-step reasoning, tool usage, and decision-making using LangGraph and LangChain.

- Multi-Agent Systems: Develop stateful AI workflows where multiple agents collaborate to solve backend tasks with minimal human intervention.n
n
- RAG & Memory: Implement Advanced RAG using Vector Databases (Chroma/FAISS)



to serve as long-term memory and dynamic context retrieval for agents.n
n
- Model Tooling: Deploy and prompt open-source LLMs (e.g., Gemma), specifically optimizing for function calling, JSON outputs, and tool execution.n
n
- Backend Engineering: Build resilient REST APIs using FastAPI or Node.js to expose agentic endpoints, managing system state and structured data in MySQL.n

nRequired Skills:n

n
- Solid programming in Python and/or Node.js.- Deep understanding of Agentic Design Patterns (ReAct prompting, Routing, Tool Use, Reflection).n
n
- Hands-on experience building stateful applications with LangChain and LangGraph.n
n
- Solid backend fundamentals: building REST APIs, managing state, and writing SQL queries (MySQL).n
n
- Knowledge of Vector Databases and text embedding strategies.n
