Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Compliance & Back Office Manager to oversee regulatory compliance and back-office operations related to trading activities across NSE, BSE, and MCX. The candidate will ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and smooth functioning of post-trade processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Management:
Ensure compliance with regulations of Securities and Exchange Board of India, National Stock Exchange, Bombay Stock Exchange, and Multi Commodity Exchange
Handle regulatory filings, audits, and inspections
Monitor changes in regulatory guidelines and implement necessary updates
Maintain proper documentation and records as per compliance standards

Back Office Operations:
Manage trade processing, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation
Oversee client onboarding, KYC, and account maintenance
Ensure accuracy in contract notes, ledgers, and margin reporting
Coordinate with depositories, clearing members, and exchanges

Risk & Reporting:
Monitor client risk, margin requirements, and exposure limits
Prepare MIS reports for management




Identify operational risks and implement control measures

Team Management:
Supervise and guide back-office staff
Ensure timely completion of daily operational tasks
Train team members on compliance and operational procedures

Key Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in compliance and back-office operations in stock broking or financial services
Robust knowledge of NSE, BSE, and MCX operations and compliance
Familiarity with SEBI regulations, audit processes, and reporting standards
Good understanding of trading platforms and back-office systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and team management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field
Certifications related to capital markets (e.g., NISM) will be an added advantage
