Only upon successful completion of their probation, candidates will be considered to continue as permanent software engineer R&D; development engineer. Responsibilities:

- Will be working on R&D; project that advances the enterprise data, NLP, ML, challenges for AI-enabled cybersecurity product.

Minimum requirements:

- Strong exposure to Data engineering, ML/NLP tools and algorithms experience is mandatory. Core and tough cybersecurity, AI, NLP, ML problems to solve.
- Systems building experience is a strong Plus.
- Understanding of Design Patterns, distributed systems, and parallel processing.
- Ability to create data visualizations and apply ML/NLP techniques.
- Cooperative mindset with excellent communication skills for working in cross-functional teams.
- Must have strong programming experience in 2 or more programming languages – C, Python, Go Lang, Java, Rust, NodeJS.



Other OO languages are also a plus.
- Strong skills in API Integration and software systems design and development.
- Prior startup experience or demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset.
- Open-source contributions or personal fullstack projects is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Vercel) and production deployments is a plus.
- Research experience is Plus

- Take full ownership of features—design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring.
- Identify technical risks and bottlenecks early; propose and lead improvements.
- Influence architectural decisions across frontend and backend layers.
- Mentor junior developers and encourage a culture of clean code and best practices.
- Improve developer experience (DX), maintain coding standards, and enhance team workflows.

Collaboration & Product Contribution

- Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ship features that align with business goals.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies with thoughtful technical insights and accurate estimations.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute meaningfully to technical discussions, design reviews, and architectural planning.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master's in Computer Science, Datascience, AI/ML Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2+ years experience in full stack development ideally with real users and fast iterations, or strong data engineering experience is required.
