Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced PPC Manager with strong exposure to machine shop and/or foundry operations to handle end-to-end production planning, scheduling, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Production planning and scheduling for machine shop operations
- Dispatch planning and ensuring on-time delivery
- Resource and capacity planning to meet production targets
- Inventory and material planning, including tooling control
- Coordination with CNC, VMC, and manual machining teams
- Monitor daily production vs plan and resolve bottlenecks




- Drive process optimization and cost control initiatives
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Production departments
- Maintain reports and data in ERP / SAP systems

Required Skills:

- Robust experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC)
- Hands-on experience in CNC / VMC machining environment
- Knowledge of machining processes, tolerances, and workflows
- Experience in ERP / SAP / MRP systems
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Background from Auto Components / Engineering / Machine Shop industry
- Experience in handling high-volume production planning
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
