Designation: Associate Engineer I – Service & Repair
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage all drone maintenance and repair activities.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 3–4 engineers, providing technical guidance and ensuring high service standards.
- Oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, software updates, and calibration, along with detailed documentation and inventory control.
- Coordinate and perform field deployments across India to deliver timely in office support and ensure drones meet performance and safety requirements.
- Plan and track maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for parts procurement and technical support.
- Review service reports to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
Must have inventory management understanding.
