BallDerma Aesthetic Clinic is hiring a Staff Nurse for our aesthetic clinic in Malad West, Mumbai.

We are looking for a sincere, well-presented, and patient-focused nurse who can assist in day-to-day clinic operations and support the doctor during skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic procedures. The candidate should have valuable communication skills, maintain high hygiene standards, and ensure a smooth patient experience from consultation to procedure support.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the doctor during consultations and aesthetic procedures
Prepare treatment rooms before procedures
Maintain hygiene, sterilization, and infection-control standards
Check and record patient vitals when required
Support in procedures related to skin, hair, laser, PRP, facials, and other clinic treatments as trained
Guide patients before and after procedures as per clinic protocol
Maintain nursing records, consent forms, and basic treatment documentation
Manage stock of consumables, medicines, and procedure materials




Coordinate with front desk and clinic team for appointments and patient flow
Ensure a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment

Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinic or hospital setting
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Qualified behavior and patient-handling skills
Willingness to learn aesthetic and dermatology-related procedures

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in dermatology, skin, hair, laser, or aesthetic clinic
Familiarity with PRP assistance, IV support, sterilization, and procedure setup
Experience in patient counselling support or treatment coordination

Location: Malad West, Mumbai
Schedule: Day shift, 6 days a week
Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience
