Pulse Heart Super Speciality Hospital is hiring a Night Duty Manager to oversee complete hospital operations during night shifts.

The role is responsible for supervising all departments, handling emergencies, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth patient care when senior management is not present.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee night operations across ICU, wards, emergency, billing, and front office
Act as the single point of contact for all issues during the shift
Handle patient escalations and critical situations
Coordinate with duty doctors, nursing staff, and support teams
Ensure proper admissions, discharges, and billing processes
Monitor staff attendance and discipline during night shift
Maintain incident reports and shift handover notes




Ensure hospital protocols and safety standards are followed

Requirements
MBA (Hospital Administration) / MHA / relevant healthcare background
1–3 years experience in hospital operations
Solid decision-making and leadership skills
Ability to handle pressure and emergency situations
Positive communication and coordination skills
