Job Title: IT Executive (NBFC / FinTech) Role Overview
Responsible for managing IT systems, cloud infrastructure, and digital platforms in an NBFC. Works with Amazon Web Services, MongoDB, and API integrations to support lending and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, monitoring, backups)
Handle databases (MongoDB, MySQL) and optimize performance
Develop and integrate APIs (KYC, payment gateways, credit bureaus)
Support Loan Management Systems (LMS) and internal applications
Ensure data security and compliance with Reserve Bank of India norms
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors
