We are a fast-growing premium saree & ethnic wear brand working with artisan clusters across India, offering handcrafted sarees and contemporary apparel rooted in Indian textiles.
Role Overview
We are looking for a agile Retail Merchandising & Store Growth Manager to take complete ownership of our airport store. This role combines design sensibility, sourcing expertise, merchandising, and business performance management.
This is not a conventional store manager role — we are looking for someone who can drive revenue, curate collections, and build a high-performing retail experience.
Key Responsibilities
Product Curation & Design
Curate product collections aligned with customer preferences and brand identity
Provide design inputs (colors, embroidery, silhouettes, trends)
Continuously refine assortment based on sales performance
Sourcing & Vendor Development
Travel across India to source unique fabrics, sarees, and garments
Build and manage vendor relationships
Ensure quality, pricing, and differentiation
Inventory Planning & Management
Track quick-moving and slow-moving SKUs
Ensure timely replenishment of bestsellers
Plan stock rotation and minimize dead inventory




Visual Merchandising
Execute impactful in-store displays and storytelling
Optimize product placement to improve conversions
Refresh store layout regularly to enhance customer experience
Store Performance & Sales
Own store revenue and growth targets
Analyze daily/weekly sales and take corrective actions
Work closely with store staff to improve conversion and ticket size
Who Should Apply
3–8 years of experience in fashion retail / merchandising / design
Experience in ethnic wear, handcrafted textiles, or premium retail preferred
Solid aesthetic sense with business understanding
Comfortable with frequent travel for sourcing
Highly proactive with an ownership mindset
Compensation
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
