Role Overview
We are looking for sincere and motivated candidates for the position of Junior Trainee. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and build a strong foundation in accounting, taxation, and audit.

Key Learning Areas
Selected candidates will receive practical training in:

- Tally Prime and accounting software
- Bookkeeping across various industries
- Finalisation of accounts
- Preparation of MIS reports
- Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet preparation
- GST registration and return filing
- Income Tax return filing
- ROC filings and compliance
- Audit and assurance assignments
- RBI and FEMA related work

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Com or any degree
- Freshers can apply
- Robust willingness to learn
- Sincerity, responsibility, and commitment

Training Commitment

- Minimum commitment: 2 to 3 years

- Selected candidates will be required to provide an undertaking / enter into a training agreement confirming their commitment for the minimum period

Work Details

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Work Type: Full-time (Day Shift)

- Candidates should be willing to commute or relocate

Compensation

- Stipend: ₹8,000 per month for the initial 6 months
- Post 6 months, stipend will be reviewed and revised based on performance and progress
