1. Receiving requirement of the tool/Consumablesfor Mfg dept/NPD Components/Regular.n

2. Study requirements & purchasing of Formcutter Requirementsn
n
3. Defining & getting tools no in oraclesystem.n
n
4. Inspection of worn out tools /Inserts &Disposal; of scrap tools.n
n
5. Providing tools parameters for effectiveutliziation of Toolsn
n
6. Purchase & maintaining inventory of standardtools by creating PR.n
n
7. Issue tools for the requirement with properstock Maintenancen
n
8. Creation of move order & transactions fortools in Oracle systemn
n
n10.Reuseof worn out tools by re grinding at OSP & Inhouse by creating the workorder for regrinding at OSP.n11.Troubleshooting in issues due to tools like surface finish etc.
