Our customers span pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, packaging, textile, paper, automotive, plywood, and steel industries.Role OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Sales Engineer to grow our customer base across Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh. This is a field-intensive role. We welcome ITI/Diploma-level candidates with a robust drive for sales.Territory: Baddi, Kala Amb, Paonta Sahib (HP) | Mohali, Derabassi, Patiala, Ludhiana (Punjab) | Sonipat, Panipat, Karnal, Ambala (Haryana)Key Responsibilities:

- Make regular field visits to manufacturing customers — pharma, food & beverage, packaging, textile, paper, automotive, and steel plants.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling.
- Promote and sell Siemens automation products: PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Servo Systems, Sensors, and Control Panels.
- Promote distribution brands: Schneider Electric, Lapp Kable, Festo, and Dormakaba.




- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and follow up to close orders.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Report on market intelligence: new projects, competitor activity, pricing trends.Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation. B.E./B.Tech welcome but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of electrical/automation products: PLCs, VFDs, cables, sensors.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, comfortable with cold calls and customer visits.
- Good spoken Hindi and English; Punjabi is a strong advantage.
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving licence; willing to travel daily.
- Basic MS Office skills.What We Offer:
