About Us:

nWe are a leading infrastructure development consortium engaged in delivering large-scale projects across multiple sectors across north eastern India. We are looking for a skilled and proactive MEP Engineer to join our team in Shillong and support both head office operations and project sites.n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Oversee maintenance and smooth functioning of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems at the head office.
n
- Lead MEP activities across project sites as per business requirements.
n
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
n
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal teams for timely project execution.
n
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and quality benchmarks.
n
- Prepare technical reports, documentation and cost estimates.
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
n




- Support design review and implementation of MEP systems for new and ongoing projects.
n

nRequirements:n

n
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
n
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP maintenance and project execution.
n
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing and fire-fighting systems.
n
- Experience in infrastructure or construction projects preferred.
n
- Ability to manage multiple sites and travel as required.
n
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
n

- Based at Head Office in Police Bazar, Shillong.

- Travel to project sites required based on business needs.
n
