We are seeking five (5) experienced E/M + Charge Entry Specialists to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in charge entry and evaluation/management (E/M) coding, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of medical billing and coding data.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and process E/M and other medical service charges with accuracy.n
n
- Enter charges into the billing system while ensuring compliance with payer guidelines.n

- Collaborate with coders and billing teams to resolve discrepancies.n
n
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical coding standards, regulations, and guidelines.n
n
- Identify and address coding errors or missing information to streamline billing.n

nQualifications and Skills

n




- 1-2 years of experience in charge entry and E/M coding.n
n
- Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS) is preferred.n
n
- Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR).n
n
- Robust attention to detail, accuracy, and time-management skills.n
n
- Excellent understanding of medical terminology and coding guidelines.n
