About the role

nHandle inbound calls from US customers regarding account updates, billing, and service-related queries. Provide accurate solutions while maintaining a qualified and friendly approach.n

- Log interactions accurately and follow up on pending issues

- Deliver exceptional customer experience and adhere to process scripts
