? About the Role:

We are looking for a agile and result-driven Business Development Executive (PCD Pharma) to expand our franchise network and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge in PCD/Pharma franchise business and excellent communication skills.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand PCD Pharma franchise network across regions

n

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

n

Maintain strong relationships with distributors and franchise partners

n

Achieve sales targets and revenue growth

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing

n

Market research and competitor analysis

n

? Candidate Requirements:

n

Experience: 2–5 years in PCD Pharma / Pharmaceutical Sales

n

Education: B Pharma / M Pharma / MBA or relevant qualification

n

Strong negotiation and communication skills

n

Target-oriented and self-motivated
