We're Hiring: Blow Molding Supervisor | OK Play India LimitedLocation: Sohna, Haryana (Mother Plant) Joining: ImmediateAt OK Play India Limited, one of India's leading plastic product manufacturers, we are looking to strengthen our production team with a skilled and driven Blow Molding Supervisor.Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and oversee blow molding machines ranging from 15L to 250L capacity - Ensure smooth day-to-day production with optimal machine performance and minimal downtime - Set and fine-tune machine parameters to maximize productivity and reduce rejection rates - Conduct routine maintenance and coordinate with technical teams for breakdown resolution - Manage and supervise shop-floor labour, ensuring high productivity and discipline - Prepare and maintain detailed MIS reports covering:




- Machine efficiency - Production output - Rejection & wastage analysis - Downtime tracking - Drive continuous improvement initiatives in process optimization and cost efficiencyCandidate Profile:
- Hands-on experience in blow molding operations (15L–250L machines mandatory) - Strong understanding of machine settings, process parameters, and troubleshooting - Proven ability to manage labour and drive output on the shop floor - Good analytical skills with experience in MIS preparation and performance tracking - Background in plastic manufacturing industry preferred - Must be based near Sohna, Haryana or willing to relocate immediately - Immediate joiners preferredWhy Join Us?
