Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent; Master’s in Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing) or MBA in Healthcare Management is preferred.
Valid nursing license and registration with the State Nursing Council.
Minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a hospital or clinical setting.
Proven leadership and team coordination skills with demonstrated ability to manage diverse nursing teams.
In-depth knowledge of hospital administration, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations (e.g., NABH, NHM, WHO guidelines).
Robust expertise in quality control,
infection management, and clinical documentation systems.
Proficient in staff training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and hospital management information systems (HMIS).
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and make timely, data-driven decisions.
