Customer Care & Content Creator – Fashion & Saree Brand

Location: coimbatore, gandhipuram

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹22,000/month (Based on experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a agile and creative individual who can manage both customer care and content creation for our online saree store. If you're a people person with a flair for social media, this is your chance to be the face and voice of our brand!

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Care:

Interact with customers via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and calls

Answer product-related questions and assist with order placement, tracking, and returns

Build long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service

Maintain daily logs of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions

Coordinate with logistics and packing team

Content Creation:

Plan and shoot Instagram Reels and Stories showcasing sarees

Write catchy captions and post regularly on Instagram & Facebook

Edit videos/photos using tools like Canva, InShot, or CapCut

Coordinate with team during model shoots and product photography





Follow latest trends to keep content fresh and engaging

What We’re Looking For:

Good communication skills in Tamil & English

Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business

Experience with content creation, reels, and basic editing apps

Passion for sarees, ethnic fashion, and visual storytelling

Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally

Organized, responsible, and able to multitask

Freshers with skills can apply – Training provided

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in fashion, boutique, or e-commerce

Basic product photography or mobile videography skills

Creative writing or caption-writing flair

Prior experience in customer service
