About the Company
Tara Devi’s Enclave is a growing real estate company focused on premium residential and vacation home projects. We are expanding our sales support team in Shimla and are looking for experienced and result-oriented Telecallers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and monitor telecalling/sales team
- Allocate leads and track daily performance
- Support team in client handling and deal closure
- Ensure regular follow-ups and pipeline management
- Maintain reports (calls, conversions, team productivity)
- Coordinate with management for sales strategies
Eligibility Criteria
- Prior experience as Team Leader / TL in telesales or real estate
- Strong communication and team handling skills
- Knowledge of CRM and sales tracking
- Target-driven mindset with leadership ability
