Job Summary

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in daily administrative and recruitment activities. This role provides practical exposure to HR operations including recruitment coordination, documentation, employee engagement, and HR record management.

Key Responsibilities

● Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and other recruitment platforms.

● Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups.

● Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.

● Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.

● Help in conducting initial candidate screening calls.

● Support onboarding activities for current joiners.





● Maintain and update HR databases and trackers.

● Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

● Coordinate with different departments for basic HR-related communication.

● Provide administrative support to the HR department when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
