We are looking for an cutting-edge and hands-on Gen AI Data Scientist with 4.5+ years of experience to join our growing Data Science team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, with practical experience in building and deploying Generative AI models. This role involves developing advanced AI solutions using large language models (LLMs), transformers, and other state-of-the-art architectures to solve real-world problems across business domains.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models including LLMs, Diffusion Models, or GANs.
2. Fine-tune pre-trained models like GPT, BERT, LLaMA, Mistral, etc., for domain-specific applications.
3. Conduct data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering on large datasets.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI solutions.
5. Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and optimize for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
6.



Stay updated with the latest research in Gen AI and integrate relevant innovations into ongoing projects.
7. Contribute to model governance, interpretability, and responsible AI practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
2. 4.5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and data science.
3. Solid experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
4. Experience working with Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, VAEs, etc.).
5. Proficient in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.).
6. Strong understanding of NLP, language modeling, and transformer-based architectures.
7. Experience with model deployment using REST APIs, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
