काम क्या करना होगा (मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां)
- ग्राहकों की शिकायतें फोन और WhatsApp पर सुनना और जवाब देना
- ग्राहकों को follow-up कॉल करके समस्या का समाधान सुनिश्चित करना
- स्टोर और डिलीवरी टीम के साथ समन्वय करके शिकायतें हल कराना
- शिकायतों और उनके समाधान का रिकॉर्ड Excel या सिस्टम में दर्ज करना
- सामान्य समस्याओं को संभालना जैसे:
- सामान कम या मिसिंग
- डिलीवरी में देरी
- गलत प्रोडक्ट
- ऑर्डर बदलाव
- रिफंड या रिप्लेसमेंट
जरूरी कौशल (Skills)
- हिंदी में अच्छी बातचीत (थोड़ी अंग्रेजी होना अच्छा है)
- कॉल संभालने में आत्मविश्वास
- बेसिक कंप्यूटर ज्ञान (Excel / WhatsApp / Calling)
- समस्या हल करने की क्षमता
- शांत और जिम्मेदार स्वभाव
अनुभव (Experience)
- 0–2 साल का अनुभव (Customer Support / Call Center / Telecalling / Retail)
- फ्रेशर्स भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं यदि कम्युनिकेशन अच्छा हो
काम का समय (Working Details)
- समय: सुबह 10:00 बजे से शाम 7:00 बजे
- दिन: हफ्ते में 6 दिन
- छुट्टी: 1 दिन (रोटेशन में)

Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Customer Support & Complaint Handling Executive to manage customer complaints, coordinate with store teams,
and make follow-up calls to ensure issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
This role is critical for maintaining service quality and customer trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer complaints via phone and WhatsApp
- Make outbound calls to customers for issue resolution and follow-ups
- Coordinate with store staff and delivery team to resolve complaints
- Record complaints and actions taken in Excel or system
- Handle issues such as:
- Missing items
- Late delivery
- Wrong products
- Order changes
- Refund or replacement requests
- Maintain polite and professional communication with customers
- Escalate serious issues to the manager when required
- Ensure complaints are resolved within defined timelines
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
- Confident in handling customer calls
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / WhatsApp / Calling)
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Responsible and punctual
Preferred Experience
- 0–2 years experience in:
- Customer support
- Call center
- Complaint handling
- Telecalling
- Retail / Grocery operations
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Location: Sector 7 Dwarka – AapKaBazar Execution Point
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days per week
Weekly Off: 1 day rotational
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
