Job Summary

nWe are hiring dynamic Recruiters / Lead Recruiters to manage end-to-end hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in staffing and a passion for building a career in recruitment.n

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions
n
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions
n
- Source candidates through job portals and social platforms
n
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on role fit
n
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews
n
- Coordinate interviews with clients and internal teams
n
- Follow up with candidates through offer and onboarding stages
n
- Maintain trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases
n
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
n
- Generate references and engage passive candidates
n




- Collaborate with team leads to meet hiring targets
n
- Ensure quality submissions and improve closure ratio
n
- Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks
n

nCandidate Profilen

n
- 2–8 years of experience in Recruitment / Staffing / Talent Acquisition
n
- Experience in IT and/or Non-IT hiring
n
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
n
- Target-driven and proactive approach
n
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
