Role Description

nThis is a full-time hybrid position for a Security Guard, based in Saharsa, Bihar, with flexibility for limited work-from-home arrangements.n

The Security

nGuard will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of people, property, and environments. Duties may include patrolling, monitoring premises, ensuring compliance with security protocols,



responding to incidents, and providing exceptional customer support. Candidates may also work in collaboration with other security professionals and oversee access control measures.n

Qualifications

- Robust Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Private Security skills.

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, clients, and visitors.

- Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure a polite and helpful demeanor while addressing concerns and inquiries.

- Ability to remain alert, detail-oriented, and responsive in high-pressure situations.

- Basic knowledge of security protocols and procedures; prior experience in security roles or law enforcement is an advantage.

- Physical fitness and availability to work in a variety of conditions, including standing or patrolling for extended periods.

- High school diploma or equivalent; training or certification in security operations is beneficial.
