Job Overview

nWe are hiring a Regional Manager (IT – eGovernance) to manage and execute government IT projects across Arunachal Pradesh. This role requires strong coordination with government departments and hands-on experience in implementing digital platforms and IT infrastructure in regional environments.n

Key Responsibilities

n1. Project Implementation & Monitoringn

n
- Lead implementation of e-Governance projects (portals, MIS, citizen services)
n
- Track timelines, deliverables, and SLAs
n
- Ensure smooth rollout across districts
n

n2. Government Coordinationn

n
- Work closely with District Administration, State IT Department, and line departments
n
- Conduct regular review meetings and status updates
n
- Align solutions with government policies
n

n3. Operations & Service Deliveryn

n
- Ensure uptime of applications and IT infrastructure
n
- Manage on-ground teams and vendors
n
- Handle challenges in remote/low-resource locations
n

n4. Security & Compliancen

n
- Ensure compliance with government IT and data security policies
n
- Conduct audits and risk assessments
n

n5. Reporting & Documentationn

n




- Prepare weekly/monthly reports
n
- Maintain dashboards and project documentation
n

nRequired Skillsn

Technical Skills

n

- Knowledge of web applications, databases, and cloud
n
- Understanding of networking and IT infrastructure

- Basic cybersecurity awareness

- Experience in government IT / e-Governance projects

- B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech/ MSc IT (preferred)

- 5–12 years of relevant experience

- Experience in e-Governance / Government IT implementation
n
- Experience in North-East or rural deployment is a strong advantage
